Police Blotter: Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, No License, No Insurance Busts

Arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department.

Wayne K. Biros, 27, 539 W. Cermak, Braidwood, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 27 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donald J. Poppleton, 27, 301 1/2 Eldora Ave., Weeping Water, Neb., arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 27 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, driving while license suspended, possession of 15 or more grams of heroin, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.

Connor Gilroy, 20, 636 Flock, Naperville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 27 on a DuPage County warrant.

Antonio Hardy, 22, 1308 Ada St., Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 10:10 a.m. Oct. 15 at Dalhart and Corona and charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance, no registration light and improper use of registration.

Shanisha Mian, 23, 47 Freesia, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 7:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at Wespark Boulevard and Wespark Circle and charged with no valid driver's license and disobeying a stop sign.
