Blotter: Felony Drug, Retail Theft Arrests

Christopher A. Cleaver, 23, 1913 Sommerset, Romeoville, arrested by the Frankfort Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 9 on a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance.

Mohammad A. Suleman, 25, 469 Claire, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 9 on a felony charge of possession of cannabis: 30 to 500 grams.

Rogelio Villegas Jr., 31, 1026 Ridgewood, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 9:20 a.m. Sept. 28 at Route 53 and Taylor Road and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no insurance and on an in-state warrant.

Ricardo Martinez-Orza, 21, 205 Montrose, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 4:50 p.m. Sept. 28 at Murphy Drive and Troxel and charged with driving while license suspended, no seat belt and defective windshield.

Nicholas Clark, 35, 1902 Nicholson, Crest Hill, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 5:35 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 400 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Brandon Vokac, 21, 274 Lilac Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 5:10 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 400 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Jessica Resendiz, 20, 13452 Skyline Drive, Plainfield, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 9:30 p.m. Sept. 29 at Weber and Airport roads and charged with no valid driver's license and expired registration.

Juan Mosqueda, 23, 113 S. Midland, Rockdale, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 3:20 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Noemi Garcia, 29, 446 Meeker, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 5:25 a.m. Oct. 2 at Weber Road and Lakewood Falls Drive and charged with no valid driver's license and driving without headlights.

Mariela Ruiz, 27, 1737 Rebecca Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 2:30 p.m. Oct. 2 at Budler Road and Tuscany and charged with no valid driver's license and disobeying stop sign.

Hugo Salas-Castillo, 28, 18 Arlington Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 1:05 a.m. Oct. 3 on Route 53 near Honeytree Drive and charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance and speeding.
