DUI, obstruction charges

Jose A. Andres, 37, 409 Haller, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's Police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked or suspended license and obstructing justice/destroying evidence, according to booking records.

Domestic battery arrests

Dominique Lacour, 24, and Robert C. Jones, 33, both of 2102 S. 50th Court, Cicero, were arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with domestic battery, according to police.

Battery charges

  • Douglas Scott Rhodes, 49, 508 Montrose Drive, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with domestic battery, according to county records.
  • Peggy Villarreal, 29, 227 Pell, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with domestic battery, police said.
