Invalid license charge
Luis Salas, 20, 1011 Broadway, Joliet, was arrested at Belmont and Paragon drives and charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and illegal sound amplification, police said.

Retail theft
Norma Garcia, 41, 1223 Julia Drive, Romeoville, was arrested in the 400 block of North Weber Road and charged with retail theft, according to police reports.

Disorderly conduct
Joseph Wynne, 48, 555 Fair Meadows, Romeoville, was arrested in the 500 block of Fair Meadows and charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
Battery charge
Philip Lilja, 50, 5070 N. Stahl Road, Monticello, Indiana, was arrested at Southcreek and Taylor and charged with battery, police said.
Traffic charges
Evarardo Huerta-Flores, 38, 3534 W. Wolfram Street, Chicago, was arrested at Route 53 and Honeytree Drive and charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and no rear license plate light, according to a police report.

- Pascual Hernandez-Escarmo, 39, 612 W. 65thSt., Westmont, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
- Cetica Hinton, 21, 3700 Indian Head Lane, Joliet, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving on a suspended license, according to reports.
- Megan Williams, 30, 221 Comstock, Joliet, was arrested at Spangler Drive and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
- Gabriela Ornelas-Gutierrez, 31, 220 N. Eastern, Joliet, was arrested at Spangler and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
- Rusty Rolling, 43, 4417 nS. Lavergne, Chicago, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving on a suspended license, according to police.
- Carmen Espinoza, 20, 815 West Park, Joliet, was arrested at Spangler and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
- Gregorio Pedraza, 609 E. Jackson, Joliet, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
- Trinita Stevenson, 44, 1413 Quail Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
- Ruben Guzman-Rodriquez, 43, 235 Murphy Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at Spangler and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
- Antelma Ruiz, 26, 422 Gardner St., Joliet, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving on a suspended license, according to police.
- Timesha Bailey, 28, 556 Ward St., Joliet, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license and lack of insurance, according to a police report.
- Michael Franklin, 423 S. Homan, Chicago, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance, police said.
- Victoria Tovar, 27, 20700 Huron St., Crest Hill, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance, according to records.
- Adriana Lares-Nabor, 32, 421 Providence Court, Bolingbrook, was arrested at Route 53 and McKool and charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance, and booked on an in-state warrant, police said.
- Juan Flores, 35, 4912 W. Nelson, Chicago, was arrested at Route 53 and Honeytree and charged with driving without a valid license and driving without lights, according to police.
Public fighting
Two juveniles were arrested in the 1300 block of Naperville Drive and charged with public fighting, according to a police report.
