Police Blotter: Theft, Battery, Drug Needles

Arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.

Devon M. Kalas, 24, 341 Eaton, Romeoville, arrested by the Joliet Junior College Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 6 on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and single counts of possession of hypodermic needles/syringes and retail theft.

Anthony M. Ruggiero, 28, 1930 W. Highland, Romeoville, arrested by Illinois State Police District 5 and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 6 on a charge of felony theft.

Freddy Salgado, 32, 2063 Whitmore, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 6 on a charge of domestic battery.
