Donald Garrett, 23, of the 400 block of Tallman, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. in the 400 block of Tallman and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with no insurance and speeding, .

Warrant, pot possession

Malcolm Wheeler, 19, of the 13000 block of Edgewater Court, Romeoville, was arrested in the 0-100 block of South Weber Road and charged with possession of cannabis and booked on an in-state warrant, police said.

April 1

Man charged with DUI, illegal transportation

Donald Barnes, 51, of the 0-100 block of Louis Road, Joliet, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. at Route 53 and Airport Road and charged with DUI, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper use of registration, police said.

Cannabis charge

Michael Ventrello, 26, of the 0-100 block of Forest Hill Drive, Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. at Route 53 and Chambers Drive and charged with driving on a suspended license, cannabis possession, driving with no insurance, no seat belt and failure to dim headlights, according to a police report.

Terrell Jackson, 27, of the 200 block of Artisian, Chicago, was also arrested and charged with possession of cannabis, no seat belt and possession of drug equipment, police said.

Warrant arrest

Gerardo Enciso, 25, of the 500 block of Adeline, Addison, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. in the 300 block of Hemlock on an in-state warrant, police said.

Underage driver

A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested at 6:48 p.m. at Wesglen Parkway and Sunflower Drive and charged with driving without a valid license, improper lane use and driving too fast for conditions, police said.

DUI arrest

Mark Holt, 46, of the 21000 block of W. Creston, Plainfield, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. at Frontage and Airport roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions, driving an uninsured vehicle and improper lane use, police said.

DUI, traffic charges

Gonzalo Aguirre, 23, of the 200 block of Belmont, Romeoville, was arrested at 4:08 a.m. at Route 53 and Alexander Circle and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic sign and driving with no plate light, police said.

Cannabis charge

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 6:52 p.m. at Montrose Drive and Montclair and charged with driving on a suspended license, according to police.

April 9

DUI, resisting arrest

Joshua Hoffman, 22, of the 400 block of Macon, Romeoville, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. in the 0-100 block of Ponderosa and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal parking and resisting arrest, police said.

Warrant arrest

Stephen Gutierrez, 20, of the 400 block of Rachel Circle, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. in the 1000 block of Romeo Road on an in-state warrant, according to a police report.

Retail theft arrest

Lorita Wilson, 45, of the 400 block of Pico Street, Joliet, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. in the 400 block of South Weber Road, according to police.
