Blotter: Excessive Speed, Battery, No License, Disorderly Conduct

Arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.

Richard M. Buchta, 32, 519 Kenyon, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Sept. 7 on a charge of speeding 40-plus miles over the limit.

Cristian Contreras, 18, 707 Yates, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Sept. 6 on a Will County warrant.

Michael Kubistal, 26, 1941 Somerset Court, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at 8:03 p.m. Aug. 26 at Normantown Road and Birch Land and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding and on an in-state warrant.

James Leo, 38, 32 Arlington, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at 8:43 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 0 to 100 block of Alexander Circle and charged with disorderly conduct.

Vonte Minnifield, 22, 5917 W. Addison, Chicago, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at 5:05 p.m. Aug. 27 in the 300 block of Innovation Drive and charged with battery.

Victor Arroyo-Aranda, 39, 4714 S. Justine, Chicago, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at 12:30 a.m. Aug. 28 at Lakeview Drive and Weber Road and charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and disobeying a traffic sign.
