Police Blotter: Man Busted for DUI, Agg Reckless Driving, Slew of Other Charges

Arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department and other police agencies.

Robert R. Wyatt, 42, 601 Hamrick St., Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 24 on charges of aggravated reckless driving, aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, aggravated assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, retail theft, criminal damage to property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gerald Couch, 34, 728 Delta, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 24 on a Cook County warrant for failure to appear.

Richard Patrick Hurley, 35, 1086 Redondo, Romeoville, arrested by Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 24 on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Michael Tate, age 26, 1751 W. William Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office on Oct. 22 at Carillon and Weber road and charged with no valid driver's license and operating vehicle with suspended registration.

Nathaniel Moffett, 20, 3736 East Ave., Berwyn, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 4:35 p.m. Oct. 6 at Marquette Drive and Route 53 and charged with no insurance, expired registration and possession of cannabis.

Lian Mungcal, 21, 20854 W. Ardmore Circle, Plainfield, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 6:35 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 600 block of South Weber Road on an in-state warrant.
