Police Blotter: DUI, Retail Theft, Underage Drinking

Kias M. Ternoir, 20, 1631 Rose Lane, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office at Larkin Avenue and Theodore Street in Joliet on Sept. 27 and charged with driving while license suspended, improper passing and speeding.

Cashamonet Brown, 22, 1521 W. 81st St., Chicago, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 12:50 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 300 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Crystal Miles, 26, 228 Linden, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 9:35 p.m. Sept. 14 at Route 53 and Joliet Road and charged with possession of drug equipment.

Chelsea Clevenger, 19, 288 S. Schuyler, Bradley, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 9:35 p.m. Sept. 14 at Route 53 and Joliet Road and charged with attempted obstruction and possession of drug equipment and on an in-state warrant.

Abner Abularach, 18, 408 Walden Court, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 1:05 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 1900 block of Trafalager Avenue and charged with underage consumption of alcohol.

Daniel Perez, 19, 2416 Kildeer Ave., Woodridge, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 1:05 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 1900 block of Trafalagar Avenue and charged with underage consumption of alcohol.

Victor Arciniega-Ojeda, 32, 435 Garland Ave., Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 3:25 p.m. Sept. 16 at Route 53 and Normantown Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended and improper lane usage and on an in-state warrant.

Marc Hunter, 24, 217 Grinton Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 12:20 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 200 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Melinda Barr, 39, 217 Grinton Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 12:20 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 200 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft and on an in-state warrant.

Moises Quiroz, 20, 1708 Richfield Trail, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 7:45 p.m. Sept. 18  in the 1100 block of Murphy Drive and charged with no valid driver's license, improper backing, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information and failure to report an accident.

Nikita Shelby, 35, 171 Highpoint Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 3:40 p.m. Sept. 18 at Wespark Parkway and Coreopsis and charged with no valid driver's license and speeding.

James Owens, 33, 10053 S. Hill Terrace, Palos Hills, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 2 a.m. Sept. 19 at Lakeview Drive and Weber Road and charged with driving while license suspended and no left turn.
