Illinois Counties Association

The Illinois Counties Association
is offering scholarships for the 2014-2015 school year.  The Illinois Counties Association scholarship
program is open to all students who have been accepted into an accredited
college or university.  The following
scholarships have been established for the 2014-2015 school year:

ICA Scholarship - available to freshmen students only;   up to 15 scholarships awarded at $3000.

John Stroger Scholarship - available only to master’s level
students and above;   1 scholarship awarded at $3,000.

Applicants must meet the following
criteria:

·Be a U.S. citizen and resident of the State of
Illinois.

·Must be enrolled full-time (minimum 12 credit
hours) at an accredited 4-year college or university.

·Must continue the entire academic year without
interruption.

·Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or
higher on a 4.0 scale.

·Must demonstrate a financial need.

·Applicants may only submit one application per
year. 

The deadline for the ICA scholarship is April
