Guide to Black Friday: What's on Sale at Local Retailers

For many people, Thursday’s Thanksgiving holiday is a chance to relax, kick back and enjoy the day with little on the to-do list but enjoy a meal and get together with family. But for others, it’s just one long day of anticipation as they prepare to brave the crowds on Black Friday. 

The annual semi-official kickoff to the Christmas shopping season begins pretty early, and if you want the good deals, you’ll probably have to be up long before the sun. Here’s a quick look at some of the bigger stores in Romeoville, and when they’ll be open for business on Friday (or Thursday).

Bargain hunters can also take advantage of early bird deals by shopping online on Thanksgiving, and shoppers will receive $15 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 they spend online or in store. • Walgreens is offering a Thanksgiving and Black Friday three-day sale Thursday through Saturday. All three Romeoville locations are open on Thanksgiving day, including the 24-hour Walgreens at . The and locations are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
