Abri Credit Union will host a Pet Adoption Day on Saturday, May 19. Five local pet rescue organizations that help find animals forever homes will be on site with dogs and cats available for adoption. Homeless Animal Rescue Team of Ilinois (HART), 4 Paws 4 U 4 Ever, Romeoville Humane Society, Annie’s Little Angels and Joliet Animal Control will all be participating in this annual event. The event will take place in the Abri Credit Union parking lot at the corner of Weber and Renwick Roads in Romeoville on Saturday May 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In addition to the adoptable pets, K-Hits 104.3 will be on-site with a chance to win Jimmy Buffet concert tickets. Other great prizes, free food and an inflatable for kids will also be available that day.
