HTC Alumni Connections Band Concert

Heritage Theatre Company (HTC) is excited to present the first Alumni Connections Concert on Saturday,
October 19 at 8 p.m. in the Lewis University Oremus Fine Arts Center’s new
Studio Theatre. Headlining the event is Jack Be Nimble, a Chicago-based Indie pop-rock
band that features Lewis alumni Mike Friar ‘12, Doug Chibe ‘12, Sean Biltgen,
and Kevin Forney ‘12. In August, they peaked at the #1 spot on PureVolume.com.
They have had over 8,000 song downloads since they released their “Something To  Dance To” EP in July.

Also performing
is Lewis alumnus Ted Slowik ‘87.  A Joliet
singer/songwriter, Ted is a storyteller with a heart and a healthy sense of
humor. His songs range from the political and social commentary of
“Springfield” and “Hinsdale” to the personal family history of “Ballad of
Slowiks.”

The concert is
recommended for all ages. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $2 for
Lewis students, faculty and staff.  Ticket
reservations are
recommended and can be purchased from the Philip Lynch Theatre
box office during regular hours, Monday – Friday, 1 – 4:30 p.m. Email the box
office at boxoffice@lewisu.edu or
