The American Urological Association (AUA) Foundation and the National Football League want you to Know Your Stats About Prostate Cancer® at a FREE MEN's PROSTATE HEALTH EVENT Tuesday Jan. 22, 2013, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Men 40 or older are invited to attend this Prostate Health Awareness Event. Hall of Famer Dan Hampton and Dr. Thai Nguyen, Urologist and Medical Director, Robotic Surgery Program at Silver Cross, will share important information about prostate cancer that could help save your life.
Following the program in the Lincoln Way West High School Auditorium, Dan Hampton will be available for 45 minutes to sign your memorabilia and pose for photos. Please bring your own camera. There will also be a door prize drawing for a signed Dan Hampton Throwback #99 Jersey and Tailgating package. And, men can also sign-up for a free prostate cancer screening held at the University of Chicago Comprehensive Cancer Center at Silver Cross Hospital. Screenings will be performed by physicians from Advanced Urology Associates.
Individuals who register to attend this event before Jan. 20, 2013 will be entered in a drawing to win 2 Tickets to a 2013 season Chicago home football game. All winners must be present on Jan. 22 to receive prizes. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
