Romeoville Police Blotter: Retail Theft, Criminal Damage to Property Arrests

Serafin Rodriguez-Basilio, 35, 212 Bedford Road, Bolingbrook, was cited by Romeoville police for speeding/DWLR at 135th St./Heritage Pkwy. on Aug. 30, 2013.

Maria Hernandez, 33, 2002 Sudbury Road, Joliet, was cited by Romeoville police for no valid DL/cell phone in a construction zone at Weber Road/Gaskin on Aug. 30, 2013.

Sergio Martinez, 44, 319 W. Park, Aurora, was cited by Romeoville police for DWLS/improper lighting at Weber Road/Taylor Road on Aug. 31, 2013.

Freddy Barrientos, 32, 212 Gordon Ave., Romeoville, was cited by Romeoville police for speeding/DWLR at 135th St./Poplar on Aug. 31, 2013.

Julio Galindo, 34, 329 Fairfax, Romeoville, was cited by Romeoville police for speeding/DWLS at Belmont/Paragon on Aug. 31, 2013.

Joseph Covelli, 23, 609 Lynn, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on a charge of criminal damage to property in the 600 block of Lynn on Sept. 1, 2013.

Victor Lule-Huerta, 28, 2917 Somme St., Joliet, was cited by Romeoville police for speeding/no valid DL at Route 53, near Taylor Road, on Sept. 1, 2013.

Juan Munoz, 19, 1007 Elgin, Joliet, was cited by Romeoville police for no valid DL/improper lane use/no seat belt at Route 53/Taylor Road on Sept. 1, 2013.

Ruben Rojo-Gonzalez, 25, 660 Broadway St., Joliet, was cited by Romeoville police for no valid DL/speeding/no insurance at Route 53, north of Airport Road, on Sept. 2, 2013.

Luis Escamilla, 40, 141 Whitehill Drive, Romeoville, was cited by Romeoville police for no valid DL/disobeying a stop sign at Kentland/Whitecliffe Drive on Sept. 4, 2013.
