Police Blotter: Lockport Man Charged in Retail Theft Incident

Also, police report a 25-year-old Joliet man is charged in connection with a traffic incident near the intersection of Weber Road and Renwick Road.

The following incidents were reported by the Romeoville Police Department:

Dec. 30: Abel Gonzalez, 21, 533 Parkview, Lockport, was charged with retail theft in the 400 block of South Weber Road.

Dec. 30: Dwayne Thomas, 45, 4136 W. Crystal, Chicago, was charged with theft under $500 in the 300 block of Innovation Drive.

Dec. 31: Carol Pineda, 40, 211 N. Eastern Ave., Joliet, was charged with no valid DL, no insurance and disobeying a traffic signal at Route 53 at Taylor Road.

Jan. 1: Julio Lopez, 25, 1948 Marlboro Lane, Joliet, was charged with DWLS, no insurance, illegal parking and expired registration at Weber Road at Renwick Road.
