Police Blotter: DUI, Domestic Battery & Aggravated Battery Arrests

Also, police report a 27-year-old Romeoville man is charged in connection with a traffic incident at Route 53 and Joliet Road.

The following incidents were reported by the Romeoville Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:

Jan. 21: Gina Marie Turek, 42, 411 Dalhart, Romeoville, was booked on charges of DUI (intoxicating compound) and stopping, standing, parking violations. She was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Jan. 21: Denzel J. Griffin, 1797 Sierra, Romeoville, was charged with domestic battery/physical contact. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Jan. 10: William Herring, 65, 416 Arnold, Romeoville, was charged with aggravated battery in the 400 block of North Weber Road.

Jan. 10: Marcus Hagger, 30, 19 O’Neill St., Joliet, was charged with no valid DL, expired registration, no front plate and no insurance at Weber Road at Lakewood Falls.

Jan. 10: Erica Martinez-Martinez, 27, 2645 S. Kolin, Chicago, was charged with no valid DL and speeding at Romeo Road at Poplar.

Jan. 10: Diego Villalpando, 27, 402 Garland, Romeoville, was charged with DWLS and disobeying a traffic signal at Route 53 at Joliet Road.
