Police Blotter: Criminal Damage to Property, Burglary & Battery Arrests

Arrests made by Romeoville police and other law enforcement agencies.

The following theft, violence, traffic violations and property damage incidents were reported by the Romeoville Police Department:

Sept. 15: Mark Norman, 28, 224 Gordon, Romeoville, was charged with criminal damage to property and resisting an officer in the 300 block of N. Independence.

Sept. 15: Michael Hammond, 23, 103 Comstock St., Joliet, was arrested on an in-state warrant in the 1000 block of Romeo Road.

Sept. 16: James Leo, 38, 32 Arlington, Romeoville, was charged with burglary, retail theft and criminal trespassing in the 0-100 block of Alexander Circle.

Sept. 17: Raymond Barrera, 44, 526 W. 23rd St., Cicero, was charged with battery in the 300 block of Innovation Drive.

Sept. 18: Angelica Maldonado, 34, 384 Reston, Romeoville, was cited for no valid DL and driving too fast for conditions at Weber Road and Airport Road.

Sept. 18: Lawaun Bell, 22, 235 S. Lotus, Chicago, was cited for DWLS, speeding and improper lane use at Taylor Road, east of Weber Road.

Sept. 18: Rodolfo Guzman, 20, 812 Westminster, Joliet, was cited for no valid DL and disobeying a traffic signal at Route 53 and Taylor Road.
