Humbug: Police Say Christmas Lights Cut on South Highpoint Drive

Also, police report a trailer valued at $6,500 was taken from a business parking lot in the 900 block of Crossroads Parkway.

The following incidents were reported by the Romeoville Police Department:

Dec. 25: A criminal damage to property was reported in the 100 block of South Highpoint Drive. Unknown person(s) cut the exterior of Christmas lights belonging to a resident. Estimated value of the lights is $10. Time: 7:46 p.m.

Dec. 26: A theft over $500 was reported in the 900 block of Crossroads Parkway. A semi-trailer was taken from the business parking lot by unknown person(s). Estimated value of the trailer is $6,500. Time: 10:36 a.m.

Dec. 26: A theft over $500 was reported in the 400 block of South Weber Road. An unknown person entered the business and took an iPad that was used by the business. Estimated value of the device is $500. Time: 1:47 p.m.
