Domestic Battery, Theft Crimes: iPhone Plucked from Vehicle

Also, a wallet is lifted from a vehicle and bicycle is swiped in an incident on Normantown Road, according to Romeoville Police Department reports.

The following property damage/theft and violence incidents were reported to the Romeoville Police Department:

Sept. 12: Maurice T. Bradshaw, 40, was arrested by Romeoville police on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery/physical contact. He was booked into the Will County Adult Detention Facility at 12:12 a.m.

Sept. 2: A resident of the 1900 block of Tilson reported a burglary from a motor vehicle. Unknown person(s) took a wallet from inside a vehicle that was parked on the street. Estimated value of the wallet and its contents is $48. Time: 11:27 a.m.

Sept. 2: A theft under $500 was reported in the 1600 block of Richfield Trail. Unknown person(s) took an Iphone with case from an equipment bag that was left unattended by the owner. Estimated cost of the phone and the case is $240. Time: 2:34 p.m.

Sept. 3: A theft under $500 was reported in the 200 block of Normantown Road. A bicycle that was left unlocked at a business was taken by unknown person(s). Estimated value of the bicycle is $100. Time: 8:01 p.m.

Sept. 4: A residential burglary was reported in the 700 block of Geneva. A jewelry box had been moved by unknown persons, but nothing was taken from it. Time: 3:26 p.m.
