Halloween Fest, open to all ages, will feature free fun activities.
Participants should bring a bag to collect items along the Trick-or-Treat Trail. Children up to age 12 should dress in Halloween costumes.
Also to be included in the event are children's entertainment, a pumpkin patch, hay rides, inflatables and concessions.
