Romeoville Branch Library's Renovation near completion

Romeoville Branch Library's construction is nearly completed and the facility will be closed June 1st - June 17th to move into the newly renovated upper level.

As we near the end of May, the White Oak Library District has nearly completed the entire renovation of its Romeoville facility. Since last January, all library services have been conducted only on the renovated lower level, but soon the library will move circulation and children's services to their permanent home on the renovated upper level and adult services will spread adult fiction and non-fiction throughout the lower level.

The upper level will also include two beautiful public meeting spaces, with the larger room able to comfortably accommodate 150 individuals.

The latest set of construction photos can be found on the District's website
