RHS Stages 'Into the Woods'

Tickets are now on sale for the March 23-25 Romeoville High School musical production of Into the Woods.

Directed by Allison Thune with assistance from Sarah West and musical direction by Clark Anderson, Into the Woods is a fractured fairy tale that begins with a Baker and his Wife who learn they've been cursed with childlessness by the Witch next door. They embark on a quest for the special objects required to break the spell, swindling, lying to and stealing from Cinderella, Little Red, Rapunzel and Jack (of beanstalk fame). 

The cast includes: Narrator--Camille DePluzer, Cinderella--Sarah Ford, Jack--Chris Garcia, Jack’s Mother--Taylor Miller, Baker--Cayle Higgins, Baker’s Wife--Marlena Pierzchala, Little Red--Kimberlee Johnston, Wolf--Josh Damore, Witch--Courtney Hurdle, Rapunzel--Gabrielle Habeeb, Stepmother--Stormie’ Kelley, Florinda--Rosa Terracciano, Lucinda--Ann Louise Natale, Cinderella’s Father--Austin Janisch, Sleeping Beauty/Company--Julia Riley, Milky-White--Mikayla Kuchenbecker, Cinderella’s Mother/Giant/Snow White--Jazmin Orloff, Steward--Franklin Romero, Mysterious Man--Brandon Lewis, Cinderella’s Prince--Josh Damore, Rapunzel’s Prince--Ezra Aviles and Granny--Leena Mahlaoui.

Performances are at 7 p.m. March 23 and 24 and 2 p.m. on March 25. Tickets are $9 for adults and $5 for students in advance or $10 for adults and $7 for students at the door.
