Rasmussen College will offer a Halloween Fest, including crafts, games, pumpkin painting, a "Monster Mash" dance party, trick-or-treating and a costume contest for various age groups, from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28.
Kids will follow the Yellow Brick Road to participate in crafts and games including pin the nose on the pumpkin, ring toss and more.
Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes in several age groups, and all attendees will receive a prize.
