Salvation Army, Walmart Collecting Toys This Weekend

Trucks will be stationed at the Romeoville Walmart and others in the area Friday through Sunday.

Walmart and the Salvation Army are joining forces this weekend to collect new, unwrapped toys at five area locations, including one in Romeoville.

The "Fill the Truck" Drive will be accepting donations from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at trucks located in the parking lots of the following Walmart locations:


All of the gifts collected will be distributed to needy children through the Salvation Army.
