Coldwell Banker Report: Romeoville Home Values Are Lowest In Area

The average four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Romeoville sells for $204,990, a new report shows.

A recent report from Coldwell Banker Real Estate rates Romeoville as the market with the most value in the area—with the average four-bedroom, two-bath home in the village costing buyers $204,990.

The value of Bolingbrook homes rates in the middle of the pack when compared to surrounding communities, with the average home listing coming in at $267,559. Lemont’s home value rated the lowest value for buyers, with the average listing price at $458,876.

The survey reviewed 139 real estate markets in Illinois and found Kankakee ($86,621) led the list as the most affordable market, while the report identified Lake Forest ($753,593) as the state’s most expensive market.
