Persia Is Looking for a Home — Maybe Yours?

Submitted by the Romeoville Humane Society:

Persia is a 1-year-old female torti shorthair available for adoption:

This petite, sweet and friendly girl with the golden eyes has had a rough start to life. She was abandoned in a cat carrier and left overnight in a shopping cart outside a local pet store on very cold night. Thankfully the employees brought her in to safety and contacted the Romeoville Humane Society to find her a loving home. She is very afraid of dogs, but loves playing with the cats in her foster home. She can be a little stinker sometimes and instigate. Persia doesn't like to be alone too long so she is looking for a home where she will have lots of love and affection! Persia loves being pet and rubbed and interactive play with her people. She is also quite the conversationalist and will follow you about and talk to you. Be sure to set aside some time for cuddling and snuggling too. She appears to have a food allergy may need a life-long grain free and soy free diet, but otherwise is a healthy girl.
