Marty Is Looking for a Home — Maybe Yours?

Marty is a 10-year-old male grey tabby who will give you more love than you can imagine and is looking for that purr-fect family who wants a loyal companion by their side:

Mrrrow! I'm Marty and I would love the chance to be your new best friend. I am an affectionate yet reserved gentleman. I love to be pet and scratched under my chin and behind my ears, but I'm not too pushy about it. I will come and sit in your lap ever so gently. I will start purring before you even start petting me. Pick me up and I will hang on tight to your shoulder, rest my head next to yours, and make you feel soooooooo loved. Just seeing my person brings me such joy. Once you meet me you won't be able to resist my charming ways. I am such a handsome boy, too, with my beautiful coloring, rosy nose and dreamy, bright-green emerald eyes. 

My past has been a bit rough, and now I'm ready to come home with you and snuggle on the couch. Have other cats, dogs or kids? Great — I love them all! All my handlers at the adoption center will tell you I am a fan favorite, everyone just loves me! I do have a few special needs, nothing a "cat person" can't handle... just a few special things to watch for to ensure I eat well and stay nice and healthy.
