Have you ever wondered how milk chocolate is different from other chocolates?

The answer—according to the party planning experts at PunchBowl.com—is milk chocolate is a mix of cocoa solid and either dry or condensed milk. Here is a littlle more of what they had to say on the subject: "While dark chocolate is used traditionally as a baking ingredient, milk chocolate is used to make chocolate candy bars, hot chocolate and many delicious desserts."

One more fact, this courtesy of Wikipedia.com: The U.S. Government requires a 10 percent concentration of chocolate liquor in milk chocolate products.
