Romeoville, IL-Abri Credit Union will host a Pet Adoption Day on Saturday, May 21st. Five local pet rescue organizations that save animals from high kill shelters in overpopulated areas will be on-site with dogs & cats available for adoption. Homeless Animal Rescue Team of IL (HART), 4 Paws 4 U 4 Ever, Starfish Animal Rescue, Help Save Pets & Romeoville Humane Society will all be participating in this annual event. The event will take place in the Abri Credit Union parking lot at the corner of Weber and Renwick Roads in Romeoville on Saturday May 21st from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
In addition to the adoptable pets, 98.3 WCCQ will be on-site to do a live broadcast with a chance to win a Chicago baseball package including two tickets to each of the following games: White Sox, Cubs & Joliet Slammers. Other great prizes, free food and an inflatable for kids will also be available that day.
