ComEd Construction to Begin Jan. 29 in Romeoville

And you thought the wise guys were kidding when they said, "It's always construction season in Chicago."

And in Romeoville, too.

ComEd will be working on the towers on the north side of Belmont Drive—between Beverly J. Griffin Drive and Montrose Drive—from Jan. 29 to March 7, the Village of Romeoville announced in an E-News alert on Wednesday.

Expect to encounter some traffic delays in the area during the six-week project.
