Clyde Is Looking for a New Home — Maybe Yours?

Submitted by the Romeoville Humane Society:

Meet Clyde, a 2-year-old male American bulldog (possibly boxer) mix available for adoption:

"WOOF – I’m Clyde!  Everyone tells me I’m quite handsome (I think so too!). I recently attended a two week positive reinforcement board and train boot camp to help me work on my behavior around other dogs. Sometimes I can get a little protective of my personal space, but the training is really helping me work through that. I am still working with my foster parents on accepting other dogs; I can be good with other dogs once I have time to know them and get used to having them around. While I was away at camp they also taught me some basic commands that I have down pat - I know how to sit, stay, down, and give my paw. I LOVE people and kids, and one of my best pals is a cat named Dawn I cuddle with at bedtime. I am crate and house trained, but really do enjoy the company of people and want to be around them all the time. Any potential adopters interested in me should have experience with bully breeds and be able to play with and exercise me so that I don't get bored and into any trouble. Please consider adopting me and giving me a forever home… I want so much to be a part of a family of my very own."

Clyde’s $200 adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccines, heartworm and fecal tests, and microchipping.  For more information on adoption, contact the Romeoville Humane Society by email at romeovillehumanesociety@yahoo.com or phone (877) 813-7300.
