And the Winner Is … Rufio!
The local pooch is the winner of our National Dog Day photo contest.
The results are in, and the winner of Romeoville Patch’s photo contest is a patriotic pooch named Rufio.
The picture of the Neapolitan mastiff and his owner, Kathryn Dunlap of Plainfield, both decked out in red, white and blue, was the top vote-getter. The human/canine duo wins a $25 gift card to and some free Patch swag.
