Ribbon cutting ceremony to be held at Weber Medical Center

Adventist Health Partners is excited to announce that there will be a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Weber Medical Center, on Monday Aug. 19.

The ceremony will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. at the practice location, 644 S. Weber Road in Romeoville.

The Mayor of Romeoville will be there to conduct the ceremony, as will Dr. Claudia Vera, M.D. , who will speak briefly about her medical experience and the services the practice offers.

Weber Medical Center focuses on delivering excellent service and high-quality medical care to their patients. Dr. Vera and her staff work with their patients to keep them at their healthiest, emphasizing education and preventative medicine, as well as restoring patient health when illness strikes. Weber Medical Center offers convenient office hours including Saturdays, evening hours and same-day appointments.

Dr. Vera is a board certified internal medicine physician, with special interests in management of hypertension and high cholesterol, diabetes treatment and care, weight loss and women's health.

The event will also be videotaped for the local TV cable channel and available to view on demand for a month. After the ceremony, a tour of the facility will be given and light refreshments will be provided.
