- 3-5 years experience as a Quality Assurance, Quality Control Inspector
- Proficiency in using Micrometers, Calipers, and Comparators

- Maintain awareness of ISO< EDS, Safety and Electrical policies and procedures
- Measure and check samples of packed products visually, by touch and by weight to ensure that they conform to requirements in terms of number, color, voltage etc.
-Complete incoming inspection sheet, in process inspection sheet and final inspection sheets, as applicable
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure that all environmental and health and safety regulations are complied with
- Provide training, assistance or mentoring to QA Inspectors on inspection techniques and procedures
-Assist QA Tech and QA Engineer in first article inspection and other inspection/testing activities.

6AM-6:30PM OR 6PM-6:30AM
Must be able to work every other weekend
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH EXPERIENCE USING AS400 / EDI IN THE AURORA AREA
Candidates must have a proficiency using AS400
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Manage customer orders through entire process:
* Setup and maintain customer master in JBA
* Obtain all customer requirements and ensure DC has routing guide
* Validate product, pricing, unit of measure, terms, and credit
* Enter EDI, manual, and sample orders in an accurate and timely manner
* Resolve EDI transmission errors
* Maintain SKU information in customer master
* Acknowledge order acceptance with customer
* Allocate and release product to distribution center in accordance with customer requirements
* Track orders and shipments, as needed
* Exhibit strong customer and product knowledge and provide support for sales, marketing and other internal customers, as needed.
* Exhibit strong communications skills using both e-mail and phone skills
* Utilize problem solving and follow-up skills to resolve customer inquiries/issues immediately for issues that may arise from:
* Shortages or overages of products within orders
* Mis-shipments
* Receipt of damaged product
* Non-compliance issues
* Returns
* Credit & Rebill
* Customer Scorecard
MAINTENANCE WORKER IN THE JOLIET AREA
Must have knowledge of maintenance, specifically with tools, some electrical knowledge, and all around repairs
Train on 1st shift, then work four 10 hour afternoon shifts. Possible temp to hire position. $14/hr
FABRICATOR/MAINTENANCE WORKER IN THE WOODRIDGE AREA
Requirements
Responsible for product production according to product specifications.
Responsible for basic processes of production including measuring, aligning, assembly and inspection of finished goods.
Responsible for small bench work requiring mechanical ability.
¿ Performs accurate fitting, adjusting, and the alignment of all pieces during assembly.
¿ Responsible for completing appropriate work order paperwork to correspond with parts used in equipment production.
¿ Requires use of basic hand and power tools.
¿ Works to close tolerances on intricate small assembly work including pipes and fittings etc.
¿ Responsible for general laboratory quality conditions through proper maintenance.
¿ All tools supplied by company.
Qualifications:
¿ Must have knowledge of and work safely with basic power tools
¿ Must have and be able to work with basic mathematical skills and be able to understand and use standard measurement tools.
¿ Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in the welding field or the ability to easily acquire these skills.
¿ Well organized.
¿ Strong attention to detail especially in regard to precise measurements for completing finished product.
Pay is $14-16/hr
