Jennifer Kloberdanz, JJC director of admissions and recruitment, said the College Fair is a great resource that JJC and partnering school districts have put together for the community. The fair is a great “first step,” for anyone thinking about higher education.

“It’s a good opportunity to come to one place at one time, and to start exploring college and career options and sort it all out,” Kloberdanz said. “The college exploration process takes a lot of time, but this event gives students the opportunity to look at different colleges. The College Fair can be the first stage in the college exploration process. After that, students can start selecting which colleges and universities they want to visit, then they can decide which ones they want to apply to.”

Kloberdanz said the fair has brought 1,500 – 2,000 visitors to JJC each year. Visitors can find the JJC booth located near the Health Professions Center auditorium during the fair.
