Senior Star at Weber Place, in partnership with Adventist
Lab Partners Blood Center, will host a blood drive on February 26 from 2:30 to 6 p.m. at 605 South Edward Drive in Romeoville. Anyone who is interested in donating blood or who wishes to inquire ifthey are eligible to donate is welcome.
“We are pleased to be a host site in partnership with
Adventist,” said Michelle Franzak, executive director of Senior Star at Weber Place. “As a retirement community that puts peopleand wellness first, we feel it’s important to encourage blood donation. It saves lives, restores health and is ameaningful gift.”
All prospective donors are asked to eat a good meal before
donating blood. Walk-ins are welcome and a photo ID is required.
