There is NO-WAY I would pay $125.00 for a home in Bolingbrook. Poor performing schools, crime, too much low income housing, high taxes, etc...

The price per square foot is not a valid comparrison because the Plainfield home looks like a short sale. The photos of the Bolingbrook home show rooms with furniture, while the Plainfield home is empty and has all white walls even though the home is 11 years old. The Plainfield home looks like a forclosure that has been spiffed up and sold under market value. It's nice, but not average for the area.

It's a traditional sale according to the listing.
"Great relocation property that is not a short sale or foreclosure, ready for a quick close!".
The location isn't great being right off 126.
Also, the taxes are pretty high. Almost $9,000!

Thanks Steve, but I was not comparing the two homes. The thought of paying $125.00 a square foot for any home in Bolingbrook, is about $40.00 per square foot too much in my books.
