Disagree. It is a common misconception, but most vegetarians do not eat seafood. Restaurants need to realize that increasing their seafood offerings will not appease non meat eaters, and instead come up with better vegetarian options. It's not hard, and doesn't even take that much imagination, just a slight effort on their part. Meat substitutes are far more plentiful and better quality these days, and it shows that a restaurant is considerate of its patrons dietary needs and preferences. That goes a LONG way. The number of vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, etc are rapidly increasing. Hopefully restaurants realize that quickly and get on board or they will suffer a major loss in business.
