Property Crimes: Stolen Laptops, GPS, Bike and Other Items Reported Stolen

The Romeoville Police Department also took reports on cases of car vandalism.

 

These property crimes were reported to the Romeoville Police Department:

A laptop computer valued at $700 was reported stolen at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 5 from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 1900 block of Wedgewood Circle.

More than 150 feet of copper tubing valued at $2,260 was reported stolen at about 1:45 p.m. Sept. 11 from an unoccupied house in the 300 block of Wallace Way.

The front driver's side window was reported damaged at about 8:30 a.m. Sept. 15 while its owner was visiting a resident in the 1600 block of Richfield Trail.  Damage estimated at $300.

A side mirror of a vehicle was reported damaged at about 2:45 p.m. Sept. 15 while it was park in front of a residence in the 400 block of Arnold. Damage estimated at $100.

A GPS valued at $100 was reported stolen at about 11:55 a.m. Sept. 16 from an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 200 block of Heritage Parkway.

A laptop computer valued at $834 was reported stolen about 8:35 a.m. Sept. 17 from a company vehicle parked over night in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Windham Parkway.

A bicycle valued at $160 was reported stolen at about 12:55 p.m. Sept. 17 from the front yard of a residence in the 400 block of Haller.
