Tracy M. Kelly, 30, of the 1700 block of Autumn Woods Lane, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper passing, improper traffic lane use and operating an uninsured vehicle, according to police. Bond was set at $1,000, according to jail records.

Feb. 18

Ronald Westerfield, 21, of the 200 block of Hemlock Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 1:49 p.m. in the 200 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.

Amber Pool, 30, of the 1800 block of Root Street, Crest Hill, was arrested by Romeoville police at 8:15 p.m. in the 300 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft, according to police.

Feb. 17

Donald Powelson, 45, of the 700 block of Farragut Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 4:10 a.m. in the 200 block of Hemlock Avenue and charged with battery, police said.

Juan Rodriguez, 24, of the 300 block of Haller, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 9:17 p.m. in the 600 block of Dalhart avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Feb. 14

Brian Peterson, 28, of the 3000 block of 76th Street, Woodridge, was arrested by Romeoville police at 2:12 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft. He was also booked on a DuPage County warrant, police said.

James Hoffman III, 24, of the 400 block of Macon Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 3:27 p.m. at Belmont and Murphy drives and charged with possession of cannabis, police said.
