Police Blotter: Retail Theft, Defacing Property and License Violations

Arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department.

 

All of these arrests were made by the Romeoville Police Department:

Michelle Phillips, 41, 1255 Santa Fe, Romeoville, arrested at about 8 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 400 block of South Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Estanislao Ceballos-Perez, 29, 816 Woods Ave., Joliet, arrested at about 12:35 a.m. Sept. 13 at Weber and Airport roads and charged with no valid driver's license and tinted license plate cover.

David Rodriguez-Alonzo, 26, 305 McKool, Romeoville, arrested at about 1:40 a.m. Sept. 13 in the 300 block of North Independence and charged with criminal defacement of property.

Ruben Gonzalez, 26, 3312 W. 62nd Place, Chicago, arrested at about 2:40 p.m. Sept. 13 at Weber and Romeo roads and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed.

Niyata Warren, 36, 465 Florence Ave., Joliet, arrested at about 3:30 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 600 block of Dalhart and charged with driving while license revoked, no insurance and speeding.

Miguel Rodriguez, 31, 528 Brookside, Westmont, arrested at about 6:10 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 300 block of North Independence Boulevard and charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance, improper turn and failure to give information.

Damien Magana, 20, 8217 Carlisle Drive, Hanover Park, arrested at about 6:20 p.m. Sept. 15 on Airport Road, west of Weber Road, and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding.

Teara Carpenter, 21, 6410 Denali Ridge Drive, Plainfield, arrested at about 1:25 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 400 block of Suth Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Kimberly Iturbide, 22, 1940 S. Cicero, Cicero, arrested at about 6:05 a.m. Sept. 16 at Taylor Road and Southcreek Parkway and charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance, improper lighting and no registration light.

Charles Miller IV, 22, 313 C Woodcreek, Bolingbrook, arrested at about 4:45 p.m. Sept. 16 at Eaton and Hayes and charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and no seat belt.

Hector Mendiola, 20, 448 Salem Square, Bolingbrook, arrested at about 1:30 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 1800 block of Sierra Trail and charged with theft under $500.

Jose Cuevas, 50, 417 Cleveland, Joliet, arrested at about 1 a.m. Sept. 18 at 135th Street and Route 50 and charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance and driving without lights.

Juan Flores, 58, 671 S. Shannon, Romeoville, arrested at about 2:30 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 100 block of North Independence Boulevard and charged with no valid driver's license, speeding, no insurance and suspended registration.

Octavio Alarcon-Castillo, 37, 506 Elmwood, Joliet, arrested at about 3:35 p.m. Sept 18 on Taylor Road, east of Weber Road, and charged with no valid driver's license, improper lane usage and improper passing.

Jon Tumpack, 52, 740 Yates, Romeoville, arrested at about 6 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 1000 block of Romeo Road on an in-state warrant.

Eusebio Hernandez, 18, 124 Wallace, Joliet, arrested at about 7:35 p.m. Sept. 18 on Route 53, south of Montrose Drive, and charged with no valid driver's license and no insurance.
