I'm glad to read about arrests of many drivers without valid licenses and/or insurance. When I moved to Romeoville my car insurance costs went up, because of accidents caused mostly by unlicensed and uninsured drivers. Sure enough, a year later I was hit on Renwick by an uninsured driver. Witnesses said she was talking on her cell phone.
