Wednesday, Jan. 12
Retail Theft, Traffic Charges
- Penny Sherman, 48, 2004 Tilson Lane, Romeoville, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. at a business in the 200 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, according to Romeoville police.
- Mauricio Sanchez, 35, 108 Comstock, Joliet, was arrested at 6:34 a.m. at Route 53 and 135th Street and charged with driving without a valid license, no insurance and suspended registration, Romeoville police said.
Tuesday, Jan. 11
DUI Charge
- Zeferino Toledo, 26, 285 Jamestown Court, Romeoville, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper use of turn signal and improper traffic lane use. His bail was set at $500, according to the Will County Sheriff’s Office.
- Ramiro Esquivel, 30, 314 McKool Ave., Romeoville, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. on Airport Road east of Weber and charged with driving on a revoked license, hit and run, driving too fast for conditions and failing to provide information to police, according to Romeoville police. He was also booked on an in-state warrant, according to police reports.
Monday, Jan. 9
Battery Charge
- Victor Contreras, 48, 303 Richfield Trail, Romeoville, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. at his home and charged with battery, according to Romeoville police.
- Cirilo Casillas-Hernandez, 25, 601 N. Broadway, Joliet, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. at Route 53 and Murphy Drive and charged with driving without a valid license, failure to signal and expired registration, Romeoville police said.
Sunday, Jan. 8
Warrant Arrest
- Arnold Martinez, 2015 Tilson Lane, Romeoville, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. in the 2000 block of Tilson and booked on an in-state warrant, police said.
- Two juveniles were arrested for curfew violation at 1:58 a.m. in the 1300 block of Marquette Drive, according to police.
Saturday, Jan. 7
Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Consumption
- Christopher Evans, 18, 322 Eton, Romeoville, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. in the 300 block of Eaton and charged with possession of drug equipment, according to Romeoville police.
- Bryan Evans, 19, 322 Eton, Romeoville, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. in the 300 block of Eaton and charged with illegal consumption, obstructing justice and possession of drug equipment, police said.
- Michael Busch, 909 Williams St., Wilmington, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. in the 300 block of Eaton and charged with illegal consumption, police said.
Friday, Jan. 6
Theft Charges
Aron Colclasure, 32, and Kateri Jackson, 37, both of 9 Concord, Romeoville, were arrested at 6:24 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft, police said.
Thursday, Jan. 5
DUI Charge
- Bradley Flasza, 29, 1429 Hawk Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. at Weber and Airport roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license and failure to signal, according to Romeoville police reports.
- Jose Carranza, 39, 1347 S. 51st Ave., Cicero, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. at Normantown and Geneva and charged with driving without a valid license and speeding.
Tuesday, Jan. 3
Trespassing
- Michael Cichy, 21, 105 Pinecrest Road, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. in the 700 block of Center Boulevard and charged with criminal trespassing, according to police.
- Juan DeLuis, 5443 Drummond, Chicago, was arrested at 7:03 a.m. at Weber Road and Lakeview Drive and charged with driving without a valid license, hit and run, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, according to Romeoville police reports.
Monday, Jan. 2
Drug and Alcohol Charges
Joseph Davila, 28, 2220 Fletcher, Chicago, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. at 135th Street and Eaton and charged with possession of drug equipment, illegal transportation of alcohol, no seat belt and resisting arrest, police said.
