Man booked on drug charges

Cortreal D. Jenkins, 19, of the 2000 block of Tuscany Lane, Romeoville, was taken into custody by Will County Sheriff's police on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Man charged with battery

Andrew L. Banas, 22, of the 200 block of Healy, Romeoville, was taken into custody by Will County Sheriff's Police on a charge of battery, according to county records.

Failure to appear

Christopher Cervencik, 30, of the 600 block of Lynne Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on a warrant for failure to appear in court and transported to the Will County jail, according to booking records. Bail was set at $2,000.

Perry L. Jackson, 28, of the 0-100 block of Strawflower Court, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on an in-state warrant and transported to the Will County jail, according to booking records.

Romeoville man charged with DUI

Daniel John Geaney, 43, of the 1800 block of Lake Shore Drive in Romeoville, was arrested by Naperville police at 11:51 p.m. Feb. 1 at Ace Lane and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

Eddy B. Watt, 22, of the 300 block of Daffodil, Romeoville, was arrested by Illinois State Police on warrants for failure to appear in court and transported to the Will County jail, according to booking records.
