Bigguy's Looking for a Home -- Maybe Yours?

The German Pinscher is available for adoption through the Romeoville Humane Society.

The Romeoville Humane Society submitted this story:

Bigguy is a male 6-year-old German Pinscher with an easy care coat:

This handsome boy is very friendly and a nice companion to have around; he is a good mix of playful and cuddly. He's very good with other dogs, both big and small, as well as great around kids. During his brief interaction with cats, he has shown he should probably be in a home with no felines. Bigguy's very sweet and enjoys affection and attention and even sitting in your lap, but he's not overbearing and doesn't mind just relaxing by himself. He likes his walks, but as an older dog with some hind leg issues, he may occasionally slow down - his legs should be monitored to make sure he stays comfortable. On the other hand, he can also be a "runner" when the door is opened, so be prepared to have him leashed or harnessed when ready to go out for a walk, and a sturdy fence should be in place in the yard. He knows some basic commands and is working on "SIT", but does need some additional training. This lovable boy will be a great family pet.

Bigguy’s adoption fee is $200 which includes his neuter, vaccines, fecal and heartworm tests, microchipping and registration. Contact the Romeoville Humane Society at romeovillehumanesociety@yahoo.com or (877) 813-7300 for more information on Bigguy or to set an appointment to meet him.
