Passed away suddenly Monday, Aug. 15. Taylor was a member of the Romeoville High School Best Buddies Club and an active Spartan Sparkles cheerleader.
She is survived by her loving parents Julie (Mike Allison) Barcus and Darryl (Nicole) Kollins. Cherished maternal granddaughter of Bobbie (James) Flowers and James Barcus; paternal granddaughter of Larry (Diane) Kollins, and also step-grandparents Mike (Shirley) Allison. Dear step-sister of Ashley Flanders. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Drive in Romeoville. Funeral is at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, at the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville.
In lieu of flowers, donations directed to her family or to the Epilepsy Foundation (www.epilepsyfoundation.org) in her memory preferred.

To the Barcus family- I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to you, your family and the friends of Taylor. I did not know her personally but I felt a common bond with her. Taylor with RHS cheerleading and me with RYFC football. Our youth program makes it a point to attend many high school games. I sure I can speak for them in offering our deepest sympathy at this time.
