Five Romeoville High School students spent several hours at Illinois Welding School Wednesday learning about potential careers in the trades.

The visit was in conjunction with the Romeoville Chamber of Commerce Partners In Education program that has already included visits for RHS students to Joliet Junior College, Lewis University and Rasmussen College.

Illinois Welding School President Debra Glanton visited with students before her instructors took over, detailing career opportunities in both the plumbing and welding areas.

Illinois Welding School is located at 1315 Enterprise Drive in Romeoville.
