Ten candidates, including three incumbents, filed to run for the four Valley View CUSD 365U Board of Education seats that will be contested on April 9.

They are Bolingbrook residents Liz Campbell, Ronnie Bull, and Chrystal Hansen, all of whom are incumbents, Bolingbrook residents Deborah Sykora, Sinatra Strong, Daniel Falese, Ron Doweidt, Tonia Young Barr, and Jaime Olson, and Romeoville resident Robert Vandiver.

Seats currently held by Hansen, Campbell, Bull, and Jim Curran will be on the Tuesday, April 9 ballot. All seats are for four years.
